It's a one-page snapshot of what you personally own and owe — cash, retirement accounts, real estate, vehicles, loans, mortgages — plus your income. SBA lenders require one (SBA Form 413) from every owner of 20% or more of the business applying for a 7(a), 504 or disaster loan, and many banks ask for the same information on conventional loans. It shows the lender your net worth and other obligations alongside the business's numbers.
