What working with Fynflow actually looks like.

Rather than vague promises, here's the real shape of an engagement — what happens at each stage, what changes about your business, and what clients say afterwards.

The anatomy of an engagement

Six stages, from first call to funded

Every engagement is different in the details, but this is the arc almost all of them follow.

  1. 01

    The call that starts it

Twenty minutes. You describe what you're trying to finance or fix, we ask what state the books are in, and we tell you plainly whether we can help and roughly what it takes. Nobody is sold anything on this call.

Typical starting point: books somewhere between three months and three years behind.

  2. 02

We look at the actual file

Before quoting we review your accounting file and recent statements, because a quote built on a description rather than the data is a guess. You get a fixed price and a written scope.

You'll usually hear back within a couple of business days.

  3. 03

    The cleanup

We reconcile the backlog across every bank, card, and loan account, correct miscoded and duplicated entries, rebuild the chart of accounts, and separate anything commingled. You get a plain-English summary of what was wrong.

Most cleanups are measured in weeks, not months.

  4. 04

    The numbers start answering questions

With accurate books, reporting becomes useful: real margin, real cash position, and a rolling forecast that shows what's coming. This is usually the point where owners tell us something surprised them.

Monthly close, delivered with context rather than a bare PDF.

  5. 05

    The lender package

Lender-formatted statements, pro forma cash budgets, projections, your personal financial statement, debt schedule, and supporting documents — assembled the way an underwriter expects to receive them.

We also introduce you to lenders who fit your situation.

  6. 06

    Through underwriting, and after

We stand alongside you for the questions underwriting sends back. Once you're funded, ongoing accounting or fractional-CFO support keeps you funding-ready rather than letting it slide again.

The goal is that the next application is far easier than this one.

What changes

The difference clients actually notice

Books months or years behind

Current, reconciled, and closed monthly

Personal and business money tangled together

Cleanly separated, with a defensible history

No idea which jobs, clients, or channels make money

Margin visible where the decisions get made

Cash surprises arriving with no warning

A rolling forecast that shows the pinch points early

An application a lender can't underwrite

A complete package formatted the way they read them
